Terms of Service
These terms govern use of LinksDesk by the organisation that creates a workspace and its authorised users.
Using LinksDesk
You may use LinksDesk only for lawful business purposes and in accordance with these terms. You are responsible for your workspace, authorised users, credentials, content, and for obtaining all notices, permissions, and consents needed to collect and use end-customer data through the service.
You must not interfere with the service, bypass limits or security controls, upload malicious content, infringe rights, or use LinksDesk to send unlawful, misleading, or unsolicited communications.
Accounts and workspace administrators
The person or organisation accepting these terms represents that it has authority to bind the customer. Workspace administrators control user access and settings. Keep credentials confidential and promptly notify us of suspected unauthorised access.
Plans, trials, and changes
Plan features, seat limits, and prices are presented at checkout. Trials, if offered, are subject to the stated duration and may be changed or withdrawn where permitted by law. You may change or cancel a paid plan through the applicable account or support process; changes take effect as disclosed during that process.
Availability and support
We aim to operate LinksDesk reliably but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. We may maintain, modify, or suspend the service to protect users, comply with law, or improve the platform.
Intellectual property and feedback
You retain rights in your content. You give us a limited right to host, process, transmit, and back up content solely to provide, secure, and improve the service. We retain all rights in LinksDesk and its documentation. Feedback may be used without restriction or compensation.
Liability and termination
To the maximum extent permitted by law, LinksDesk is provided without implied warranties. Neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss. Our aggregate liability is limited to the amounts paid for the affected service in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. Either party may terminate for material breach not cured within 30 days; we may suspend or terminate misuse or unlawful use.
Governing terms
These terms are governed by the law identified in your order form or, if none is stated, the laws of the jurisdiction where LinksDesk is established. Mandatory consumer-law rights are not excluded. Contact us at support@linksdesk.net for notices or questions.
